Shipping Policy

WAREHOUSE
Our products are stored and shipped from our warehouse in Irving, Texas.

US SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped out in 2 to 4 business days to allow time to pick, package and prepare your order for shipment. Please keep that in mind when choosing your shipping preference as our warehouse does not work on Sundays. All orders placed after 5PM CST will be fulfilled the next business day.  

We offer a variety of shipping options with varying speeds (listed at checkout). Standard Shipping is made via USPS and is our cheapest option for orders under $75. If your order is over $75 then you qualify for Free Standard Shipping. After the packages are shipped out, they are out of our hands and cannot be cancelled. 

You will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the carriers system to update the tracking number if it doesn't show up immediately. We are not responsible for delays in the carriers tracking system. Shape Me Shapely is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to uncontrollable events or carrier errors.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping is now an option. Please select the carrier you'd prefer to use at your preferred shipping rate/time.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please make sure to reach out directly to the shipping carrier of your choice regarding any fees or questions you have related to shipping once your package leaves our establishment. 

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN GOODS
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered to the customer's address. If an address was entered incorrectly it is up to the customer to inform the customer service team before the order is shipped out. Such an inquiry can be addressed Here. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.
