Exchange Policy

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of our shapewear, these items can not be returned for exchanges. Thank you for understanding this condition. It helps us ensure returned items are hygienic. Shapewear is FINAL SALE. 

Items that do not qualify for returns:

  • Underwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Shapewear
  • Leggings 

If the products appear to be used or the tag is ripped off, then it is no longer eligible for an exchange. Please note, we do not offer exchanges for different colors, only for different sizes. Please pay close attention to the size charts when ordering as certain products have different material and your size may differ in that product. 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

To complete an exchange, we require a proof of purchase such as a screenshot of your order confirmation page. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are firm on these policies. 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received an inspected your item for store credit.  We do not provide monetary refunds.

To process a return for an exchange, please first contact us Here to initiate the return and receive an RA to send your item(s) back to the address below we provide.

Shape Me Shapely Returns 

We will send you a store credit code within 3 business days of receiving your returned item. Please keep your return shipping tracking number.

Any returns received outside of our return policy guidelines will become the property of Shape Me Shapely and no store credit will be issued. 

If you do not alert us to any damage or errors within 3 business days, after 3 business days all sales are final. 


ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Orders are generally shipped out the day after the order was placed. Please keep that in mind when choosing Overnight Shipping. After the packages are shipped they are out of our hands and cannot be cancelled.
